Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. rm1500 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing any fund withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your ID card, utility bill, or other official documents confirming your identity and address.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you performed it directly. Rm1500 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Be alert to phishing attempts that claim to represent this platform.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the rm1500 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported payment methods, including FPX and local e-wallets.

Any taxes or fees imposed by banks or third-party financial service providers are the user's responsibility. rm1500 is not liable for any additional charges applied by external parties during the transaction process.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
Rm1500 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free of errors, or suited to every user's specific needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rm1500 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to betting outcomes, technical disruptions, or unauthorised account access resulting from a user's own negligence.
Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming involve financial risk. All betting decisions are final, and rm1500 is not responsible for any losses arising from betting activity carried out on the platform.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure: rm1500 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including terms violations, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.
